We celebrated Easter at Homer & Cathy’s house. Here’s a few pictures.

Several tornadoes touched down in the area today starting at about 12:45 PM. The worst hit area was in Lancaster about two miles from our house. About 300 homes were lost. The other two areas affected were Arlington and Forney. I took a few pictures of the storm as it passed to the west and then to the north of us. The other pictures are of some of the damage, and were taken with my camera from the TV screen, so I apologize for the quality. The pictures are here.

Update: added more pictures from the TV, and a few I took on my way to get a hamburger from Sonic.

Today, Ulla and I visited the Dallas Arboretum. The weather was wonderful, and it was overcast, which is the best lighting for the pictures I took.

During the month of March, our art is being displayed at the Desoto City Hall, sponsored by the City of Desoto and the Desoto Art League. That guy in the painting doesn’t look impressed…

Mike brought Olivia over on Thursday and we kept her while he ran some errands. Later, we shot some pictures of her all dolled up.

We baby sat Olivia today, and of course I took pictures.

I don’t know how it happened. It seems that she was just born yesterday, but she’s blessed us for a whole year now. We had a birthday party at the Ezell’s house. If you haven’t guessed already, I took a few pictures. And, yes, Olivia did enjoy the birthday cake.

We went to Manny and Jodi’s house on New Year’s eve. On New Year’s day, we had Manny, Jodi, Mike, Amanda, and Olivia came to the house for a visit. My brother John was also here. I took a few more pictures of Olivia.
